Rooms and location were all outstanding. Only a short distance to Esphahan, where you can have lunch. Loved terrace.

Convenient location near Taj Mahal. Rooms with Taj facing windows. Helpful staff and delicious food. Rooftop restaurant with great Taj view. Characterful small hotel.

The room was dull, horrible, the cooler was not working, the bathroom was in a terrible state...

Lovely view from rooftop. Restaurant there nice and view to Taj Mahal inviting. Rooms nice but a bit old but must say for the rate nothing more can be expected. Loved my stay there. Lot of young foreigners stayed there. No backpackers so this is a good and close option to one of the worlds seven wonders: Taj Mahal Food was good. Staff friendly and helpful. The same view as all the five star hotels. Please invest in new aircons. Will be back.

We had a great view of the Taj Mahal from our room at Hotel Taj Plaza. The location was very convenient, just a short distance from the iconic monument. Despite some minor issues with the AC and Wi-Fi, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

Helpful and polite staff. Nice view of Taj Mahal from the roof top terrace. Large rooms. Good location, with large street in front. Auto-rickshaw available in front of the hotel at any time with very nice drivers(ask for Lucky). Good restaurant in the hotel.

Bed linen was dirty, same for pillows, towels. There were bugs in the bathroom in the morning. The Air conditioning was very noisy. You have to pay extra for the AC. Hot water was just warm. If you bring your bed sheet and anti-bug spray, the room is decent and you can stay there for one day.

Arranged travel to hotel from airport and back. Food was very very good in the restaurant. Staff was very obliging. View was spectacular from our room and from the rooftop. Easy walking distance to the Taj Mahal.

Facility is older and there is no hot water from 11pm until 4am so we were unable to shower on our late arrival.

I recently stayed at Taj Plaza on Vip Road for a relaxing visit to the Taj Mahal. The hotel's rooftop restaurant provided a spectacular view of the iconic monument. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to extend my stay when I wasn't feeling well. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to walk to the Taj Mahal, city center, ATMs, and more.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Location is great. Restaurant is good, especially if you get really late and don't want to go back out to search for a place. Nice staff in restaurant. Nice view from the top. Quite clean. Internet working decently...

Man at the reception complaining to us that we still have our bags in the room and it's after 12. But the truth is that his colleague from restaurant, where we were, told us we can eat first and take bags after, no problem. Also, bad experience in restaurant at lunch time : we had to ask 5 times to get ordered bottle of water. But for the other drinks you order (more expensive...), they arrive right after ordering...

Location is good.

No service at all. Air condition need another 500 r$ while the original daily rate is just 800. Reception quite impolite. No any service and everything need additional payment. The lock of room is quite old. It doesn't work. They didn't seek to repair but only simply ask me to put all my luggage in reception. If you don't want to have a bad mood before you goto taj, you'd better be careful about this hotel. Actually there are a lot of better selections nearby.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Delicious Food, and Wonderful Rooftop View. Walking distance to a major landmark and easy access to transportation. Enjoyed the delicious food and had a wonderful view on the rooftop. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

It was close to the Taj Mahal.

The bathroom facilities. The room was also cold and the power kept going off. Grande Deluxe? Was meant to stay 2 nights but decided to only stay for one.
